The site is not just dedicated to trying to entice you to buy my latest book – though, of course, that would be more than welcome. Rather it is intended to stimulate continued analysis, discussion and action as we enter what I believe is a new era. One that represents a seismic change in socio-cultural expectations of what ‘business’ is all about, and yet another transformation in government-business relationships.
My aim is to engage those of you interested in this subject in an ongoing conversation so that, together, we can explore what these changes mean for business leaders and the organisations they lead and how to ensure continued success.
All social change is rocky. This one will not be smooth. Businesses, civil society, governments and citizens - we all have to start exploring what this change means to how we are organized and how we behave.
